The optimization of cable management systems and robot trajectories includes, among other things, the optimization of the motion sequence with regard to freedom from interference, the coordination of the optimal cable length at the tool and at the robot axis 3 interface, optimized positioning and displacement of fastening components as well as an acceptance protocol.
